Refund and Returns Policy

At GoldenSnacks.co.za, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our Golden Pockets. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns and Refunds

  • Product Replacement: We will gladly replace any Golden Pockets of equal value that have been purchased if there is an issue with the product.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our products.
  • Storage Requirements: Clients must ensure that Golden Pockets are stored at the appropriate temperature until they are used. Proper storage is essential to maintain the quality and safety of the product.
  • Report Submission: Clients have 5 working days to submit a report on any issues with the food for return and replacement.
