Returns and Refunds
- Product Replacement: We will gladly replace any Golden Pockets of equal value that have been purchased if there is an issue with the product.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our products.
- Storage Requirements: Clients must ensure that Golden Pockets are stored at the appropriate temperature until they are used. Proper storage is essential to maintain the quality and safety of the product.
- Report Submission: Clients have 5 working days to submit a report on any issues with the food for return and replacement.
